Home delivery

Packages are generally prepared and shipped within 24 hours of receipt of payment, on
working days and delivery time varies depending on the delivery method chosen. We
ship with PostNL or DPD depending on the best (cheapest) alternative for you.

Shipping within Belgium:

Shipping cost within Belgium is €6.70. Free shipping above €50 (ex VAT).
Your package will be shipped by PostNL or DPD.

Shipping to The Netherlands, Germany and Luxembourg:

Shipping cost to the Netherlands, Germany and Luxembourg is €9.95. Free shipping
above €50 (ex VAT).

Your package will be shipped by PostNL or DPD.

Shipping to other countries:

Pick-up point (only in Belgium and the Netherlands):

Our partner for the ’pick-up points’ is Mondial Relay-Service Point.
This service is only available for Belgium and the Netherlands.
Shipping will take 3 to 6 workdays.

Shipping price: Belgium €3.50
The Netherlands €4.75

from Monday to Friday by appointment.

The costs of returning our products are your own responsibility.
If a product is delivered incorrectly or is defect, the return costs are for Nordic Art Brush. The returns must be received by us within 2 weeks. The item must be unused and in it’s original packaging. After receipt, we will immediately transfer the purchase amount to you.
